I’d like to thank you and your organization for a wonderful experience last June 18th, 2021. My father, Marine Corporal Joseph H. Soldo, a Vietnam Veteran, was never thanked for his service, the way he was thanked that evening.

Despite the pandemic protocols…. The evening went exceptionally well. Many friends and family members received tremendous satisfaction seeing him on television. I never saw my father ever smile that way ever before. He gracefully accepted the applause and waved out to all the fans from his seats. Many in our section took notice and thanked him personally.

I therefore would like to attach a photo to prove his happiness with this event. I’d also like to mention the baseball team sent him a gift in the mail several weeks afterwards. In addition to that, a link of the the 7th inning ceremonies was emailed to me to easily recapture the moment.
