Good Morning
I wanted to take this opportunity and thank you all for an amazing time our family had at the game on April 4, 2023. My husband felt so honored and thankful to be there – especially at this platform . He is a life long HUGE fan, so this was absolute dream come true.Starting off with the amazing dinner at Hard Rock , the manager Chris was so welcoming , our waitress Crystal who was such a pleasure.
All of you behind the scenes who made this possible – heartfelt THANK YOU!
Our kids who are 12 & 7 had the BEST time which was definitely icing on the cake – when we left they wanted to know when would be the next time we can do this …so you know this was a hit š
Again, thank you all. This was a night our family will cherish & never forget.

Dear Tony,
As a former Bronxite and life-long fan, my family and I would like to thank you for the respect you bestowed on me, honoring me as Veteran of the Game on Sunday, Sept. 11th, 2022.”
Sheldon Wasserman WWII VeteranI would like to add:
What an honor and thrill for my dad! Aside from his honorable service to country and city, my dad is a dedicated fan, rarely missing a game on radio/tv. Some of my earliest memories are of watching baseball with my dad, I basically grew up wearing pinstripes. It was just so incredibly amazing for my sister and I to share this exciting experience with him! Hereās some ābehind the scenesā moments captured from this monumentally memorable day.Warmly,
Wendy
Dear Tony,
Thanks to your program and all the kind people that helped organize the day, I was able to give my 93 year old dad a wonderful memory. My dad’s three grandchildren saw him honored for his service. The entire day was wonderful and my Dad enjoyed being at another baseball game with us.
Thank you for everything you did to make this happen.
Best,
Michele Conrath
Dear Tony,
My grandfather Matthew Giordanella was honored as the Veteran of the Game on September 5th and I wanted to say what a completely wonderful experience it was.
Veteran of the Game LLC was extremely professional and supportive in dealing with my grandfather and myself. From the first interaction, through all the communication and finally to the day of the event, Tony and his people were extremely helpful and very communicative.
They were helpful in getting tickets for a total of 12 family members to the game that day!
The baseball team should be proud to be linked with an organization like this that honors our veterans and the sacrifices that they have made for our wonderful country. My grandfather told me that day that āthis is a day that will stand out in his life and he will always remember itā. This coming from a man who served in WWII, Korea and Vietnam.
I would like to thank Tony and his staff for everything that they do to put such a nice product on the field at home games and look forward to watching veterans honored for years to come!
Sincerely and Respectfully,
Matthew Morelli (grandson Matthew Giordanella)

Just wanted to reach out to Tony Veteran of the Game LLC and Craig to thank you for providing my family and friends the opportunity to honor my mother.
Seats and parking were great.
Was worried when the game was to be aired on Amazon TV and not YES but the ceremony was shown in its entirety.
My cell phone blew up with calls and messages from people who saw it and had no idea it was going to happen.
Thank you both again It was an amazing experienceSon of Doris Maher

Hello Tony,
I wanted to say Thank you again for having my Father Angelo P. Lambo honored at the baseball game on 6/19/21.
Even with the policies being different due to Covid, it was a great honor for him and our family watching from home.
We were able to still attend the game and even be shown on TV during the ceremony.
Our Family appreciates you. We appreciate everything you do with your continued support of Veterans.Sincerely,
Chris A. Lambo

Iād like to thank you and your organization for a wonderful experience at the baseball stadium, last June 18th, 2021. My father, Marine Corporal Joseph H. Soldo, a Vietnam Veteran, was never thanked for his service, the way he was thanked that evening.
Despite the pandemic protocolsā¦. The evening went exceptionally well. Many friends and family members received tremendous satisfaction seeing him on television. I never saw my father ever smile that way ever before. He gracefully accepted the applause and waved out to all the fans from his seats. Many in our section took notice and thanked him personally.
I therefore would like to attach a photo to prove his happiness with this event. Iād also like to mention the baseball team sent him a gift in the mail several weeks afterwards. In addition to that, a link of the the 7th inning ceremonies was emailed to me to easily recapture the moment.

I want to thank Veteran of the Game LLC for giving me the opportunity to be Veteran of the Game on May 31, 2022. It was such an amazing experience. I am a diehard baseball fan born and raised in the Bronx. To be standing on that field in front of the world made it all worthwhile. I feel that this is an amazing thing that Veteran of the game are doing for our brothers and sisters in Arms. Itās things like this that makes us want to keep doing good and positive things. I want to give a special thanks to Tony Ntellas for considering me for the Veteran of the Game and to Craig Cartmell for walking me down to the field and making me feel honored at the stadium. Another big thankyou to Joe Maddon (Manager of the Los Angeles Angels) who came up to me and personally thanked me for my service and shook my hand. That moment was priceless. We must keep this going. We must keep doing things like this for our Veterans so that they donāt feel abandoned, so that they donāt feel like our Nation has forgot about them. Thank you for giving me that opportunity of a lifetime. An opportunity which I will be able to share with my kids and grandkids once that time comes. What an Amazing experience and it was all thanks to Veteran of the Game LLC.
Sincerely,

First and foremost, thank you and your organization for selecting me for Veteran of the Game. It was an experience I will never forget. The seats were amazing, the game was great, and the baseball representatives were awesome. Baseball is like religion to me and baseball stadium my Cathedral. To stand on what I consider hallowed ground is an unparalleled experience. To stand only a few feet from where The Captain took his final swing and gave the baseball team a walk off victory gave me chills. Thank you again for the memories that I will hold dear to my heart forever. ā
